I dropped off two bags of clothes/shoes and my wait was suppose to be 30-40 minutes. After an hour and a half of waiting I asked an associate if my bags were done because my name wasn't on the board. Yes, my close had been ready for who knows how long, they forgot to write my name down. They hardly took any items....waste of my time!

This place is a joke. I'll prob never shop there or bring anything there again! I wished there was somewhere else like this place to go to! Goodwill have some things better than this place at time. And they offer crap pricing for brand new stuff but you see stains on some of the clothes they have on the shelves. I took two pair of BRAND NEW Nikes n Jordan's in there, they tried to offer me ONLY 18$ for each pair, 36$ for both pairs and would sell them both for around 50$ a piece. If I could give this place a negative score, I would LOVE to. I came sixty miles and brought a huge tote of clothing, including things from Maurice's, American Eagle, Express, Daytrip, Hydraulic jeans, and more. Not a SINGLE ITEM was taken, because it was "kids sizes and not the style they were looking for." - there's not one "kids size item" in there. They are all current fashion items. Such a waste of time bringing in a huge tote of items for them to want 2 items for $3. Said my items and bags had too much wear and tear when the Vera bag I brought it had never been used and still had the tag on it. This was the second time it's happened to me, but I thought I'd give it another chance. Never again. A complete waste of time.
NEVER AGAIN!! I hate to say they are prejudice but my husband and I felt like we were judged as soon as we walked through the door. They didn't even look through the clothes as they were in the same order and position as we left them. SOME WHICH WERE BRAND NEW CLOTHES THAT WERE NEVER EVEN WORN! Funny thing is... as soon as we were leaving a mother offered us money for the girl clothing that we were going to give Plato's Closet. (that they said "wasn't in style") NEVER AGAIN!

I'm very disappointed with this place. I brought in a Coach purse that I wanted to sell: great condition had no stains and you guys offered $20 but you're selling one for $90 that's almost the same as mine. I'll never shop or sell here ever again.
I think the store did you guys wonders, everyone seems to be happier and less stressed with the new space as well, so much more room to do everything. And all the workers are very friendly everytime I come in there. I enjoy shopping at Platos even though I wish the men's section was a little bit bigger, there's still a ton of things to choose from.
