The staff were so friendly when I came in today to sell clothes! I also found a cute top that I was able to make a trade with for the money they were giving me for my clothes! Cannot wait to come back again!
The only good thing about this store is the cheap clothes. Selling clothes to them is not even worth your time. Either they don't by anything from you or they low ball you on what they pay you. They by clothes that look like they're from the 50's but don't by stuff that was bought a couple months ago from good quality stores. I don't recommend selling your clothes here. Sold well over $200 worth of stuff there and most of it were brand new items that I never wore and I only get $20 back. Are you effing serious? You guys are nothing but a huge ripoff and money hungry. Absolutely never ever going there again and neither are my friends nor family. Also you want only $8 for miss me jeans my friend spent over $130 on and only wore once?�
They are very rude when you try to sell clothes. I heard one girl laughing at a jacket I tried to sell there... like hello I'm getting rid if it for a reason??? They only gave me $8 for a few trash bags worth. Just do yourself and others a favor, cut the crap and just donate to a women's shelter instead of this place.

Really makes me upset that when I take my clothes in, they don't take them for "wear and tear" or "too used" but I bought a shirt tonight with a hole in it tonight without noticing until I got home.

I absolutely love this location! I've sold items here twice so far since I have moved to Des Moines, always offered a good price for my clothing. Being a retail manager myself it's really nice to have a place I can take my used items and get some cash back to keep my wardrobe up to date. I recommend any of my friends visiting to bring their stuff when they come. Wait times are long but that's anywhere you go in west Des Moines � keep up the good work guys!
