Worst customer service, bought a pair of shoes for my son only to find out they had marked them with the wrong size. Not only would they not allow me to return them (mind you I bought them just 48 hours ago) they were incredibly rude.

Hi there Amber, I tracked down the situation before responding to you so that I knew what was going on. If there really was the wrong size on the shoes, I'd love to give you a store credit for them. I have already discussed with the employees, who were just following the return policy. On a brand like Vans, there is both a mens and womens size which can be confusing.
