I have been here before and didn't receive good service but it seems to have improved. As I wrote in the comments above on the page I was helped by a sparkly young lady named Lake. I had just about given up on Plato's Closet because the sales associates either didn't come to assist or took forever. This young lady was spot on! I noticed that their was a few faces I have not seen and if they are all as helpful as Lake, then kudos to management on their improvement of hiring a friendly and helpful new staff!
