Sadly I went twice here and I think both times they didn’t even look at the clothes and just said ‘all pass’. Today they said all pass and when I got my bags back to my car I noticed the clothes were folded exactly how I had given it- they didn’t even look! Just tell me you’re not buying and don’t come up with some excuse that it is ‘not in the style’ you’re looking for when you didn’t even look! Staff had quite the attitude this time too - don’t waste your time.
Recommendedi have sold many times to this platos. and i honestly like everyone who wirks there. i have always sold and left with at least 30 bucks .the most i ever received was 148 bucks...Amazing...people are hating because they didnt take their items but it just depends on what they need they have a whiye board that lists all the things they need. Very nice employees .clean space . overall best experience at a consignment shop.5 stars easy!!
This store sells FAKE items!! Sold me fake Toms then a fake Michael Kors bag and would not return it!!! DO NOT support this store! Shame on them!
Not sure why there is negative reviews. We have been coming here for years and today we sold items and bought. The three employees working today were very personable and helpful. My daughter likes to wear jeans so this is our go to place for them on top of other items.

I will NEVER go to this place again to try and sell anything. I have very nice clothes, barely worn. The female that was working told me my clothes were too worn! I wore the dresses ONCE and they had been dry cleaned. I took Miss Me jeans there, was told they ONLY buy straight leg, that's exactly what mine were. I will give my clothes away rather than being treated the way I was😡.
Snotty staff with the wrong over all attitude. Horrible customer service with a sense of entitlement.
