I went in to sell a bag of clothing items, the woman told me it would be a 30-35 minute wait. I decided to sit in the store and wait, then an hour had passed and still nothing. They weren't busy, they had 4 girls behind the counter, and finally one of them noticed I had been sitting there for a while. Once I gave her my name she looked for my bag and whoever looked through my items didn't even put them into the computer!
