Possibly the worst experience ever at a retail store
I went today and purchased several items! Very nice and best in the store and great prices!
The staff was really nice. I will be buying there again. The negative was when I found a pair of shorts that had period blood in them. I notified the staff and she told me that was why they were on clearance. I really don't think they should be selling something with someone else's blood on it. Again I really thought the staff was friendly but that was a bit gross.
I had a great experience at this location. The employees were very sweet, and respectful. The employees were very helpful and even showed me where I could find the best deals within the store! The employees I spoke to treated me as a friend, not just a customer! The prices are also great!!! I highly recommend this store.
This place is awful. Every time I have tried to bring clothes in for them to purchase they think that my clothing has too much wear or it's not in style when half of the clothing still has tags on em or they've been worn less than a handful of times. Not to mention I walk through the store and find clothing that has stains and rips on it so you can't tell me that my clothing has too much 'wear' on it. I will not be using Plato's Closet AT ALL anymore to sell my clothing. Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. Oh and can I add ... read more

Every time I need to get rid of clothes that no longer fit me but are still in style, I take them to platos! Not only is it a easy way to get rid of them but you can get a decent amount of cash for them. The ladies at the woodlands location were very nice and easy to work with �

Plato's is my favorite way to get rid of clothes for cash. The ladies at the woodlands location are so sweet. I usually make a decent amount of money for clothes in style and hardly worn. Highly recommended
