I've ALWAYS had a great experience when coming to Plato's. The associate's are always friendly and willing to help! I can't wait to go again.

If I could of given a 0 I would have... The used items are way over priced, you are a thrift store so act like one... No way a worn pair of nikes shoes should be over 15-20 dollars at your store. And you probably brought them for $8 from the person who may have desperately needed the money. And your employees suck. This is coming from someone who works in retail in a store that sales brand new items btw.. Parents take your teens to old navy. ✌ we sale new items for less not used items for more money smh
I have been selling to them for a while now and always feel cheated out of my stuff how can you bring in brand new items with tags attached and only get $9 or less. This is ridiculous and I will not be returning. They won't make a killing off of me.

We are sorry you had a bad experience at our store. Our pricing is done by our computers. We price items at 50-70% off the retail price and offer 30-40% of what we pay for the item depending on the brand. We have to be more selective than traditional consignment shops on what we buy since we take the risk of paying cash up front.
