I love plato's closet! I really want the plus section back. It's so hard to find anything now. If it was back I'd give 5 stars!

So I took my daughter in to sell some of her stuff which where all in good condition even some had tags on them plus the name brand that they where buying. She had a lot of clothes but they where only willing to take some shoes and a shirt but when I looked in the bag it seems like they didn't even make it to the button of the bag cause her clothes where still folded how she folded them SMH not cool

We do look at every item that comes out of a buy. We pull each item out and replace it if there is a reason to pass on it. If we know the item can't be accepted based on style, brand, condition or demand then it is placed back in the container with no need to unfold. We go through so many items everyday that we can't take extra time on items that we know we aren't able to accept.
Nothing but the best when I come in!!! Everyone is so sweet and helpful, they help me find just what I am looking for! Keep up the GREAT work!!! ❤️
It was my first time coming into Platos and I must say, I am quite impressed! I brought in some clothes to sell and the young lady working really explained the buying process very well to me. I was given around $40 for the clothes I got. I was expecting way less! The workers really take the time to make you feel welcome, greeting you with a warm hello when you walk in and asking if you need any help with anything. They definitely gained a new frequent shopper today!!
Beyond one of my favorite stores! The variety of brands and sizes is enormous and the employees there really give you the time of day. Selling clothes to them is hassle free and i am happy with the money they give me for my clothes. One of the best stores I have ever been to!
Always great prices, different styles to choose from & friendly faces when I come in to shop!!! Love it!!
I brought clothes in to sell and The girl at the front desk that helped me was short and seemed like she didn't have time for my business. I don't even think they went through half my clothes because the top looked like someone ripped though them and the bottom was still folded and organized how I had them. It was just a very disappointing experience.

We're sorry about your experience in our store today. With school starting this week we are very short handed with buyers so it has been more stressful trying to get them finished in a timely manner. We are trained to sort as fast as we can and pass on items as soon as we see a reason to. This could be condition, styles or specific items that we aren't taking like colored pants or sweaters. I have purchased a lot of shirts from Platos Closet. The prices have been very reasonable for shirts that seem to be barely worn. I have purchased t-shirts as well as long sleeve/button shirts . The staff has always been helpful and friendly even when the store was busy. I would highly recommend checking out Platos closet.
