The governor opens up the state so no masks are required. I travel from Alabama to shop at the Pensacola location for that reason. I’m met at the door by an employee who tells me I must wear a mask. I ask her if she wants me to leave and she says , “Yes”. No fuss, just no freedom. No worries from me, again, Plato’s Closet.
I highly do not recommend Plato’s Closet. The little girl behind the counter was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. We will not be going back ever again.
So never gonna go to platos closet here in Pensacola. Totally just unprofessional and rude. I was looking at places online and I had noticed some people saying that some platos closets sell maternity clothes but some don’t so I decided to call the one here to ask before I drove up there and wasted time and gas ya know? I am very sorry about your experience today. We are having issues with our cox internet and phone service at this location. They believe some lines were damaged behind our store and are working to figure out why. They replaced our modem and phone box in back this week but we are still seeing some issues. The phones work but cut out or do not give one side voice. We do not carry maternity at our store. We target teen and young adult casual wear at this brand. I am very sorry for your experience today.
Terrible customer service. I was at the door at 9:57 and the girls just sat behind the counter and laughed at me and refused to open the door until 10. Always been young girls with bad attitudes.

Don't waste your time trying to consign here. Did not take any of my items including in season Gianni Bini, BCBG, Guess, etc that were worn once or even still had a tag on. The stuff that they had as their featured display items reminded me of stuff you could find at Walmart or some discount store. Definitely not looking for high end style clothing.
I went into the store tonight to sell a couple of bags of clothes, and got extremely dirty looks and eye rolls from the sales associates as I brought my bags in. I would understand if I did this right before closing, but it was 7:30 (an hour and a half before closing). They were incredibly rude to me and made me feel uncomfortable for bringing stuff in, when that’s what the store advertises as a service. I will take my clothes somewhere else next time.
Beautiful store! Everything is very organized and neat and clean!! Easy to shop. Great selections. Friendly staff. Will definitely shop there often!!
great finds.. but sometimes its hit or miss. it's best to keep checking stock frequently. if you find something great, buy it----because it will be gone. Also, check your items carefully for stretched out fabric, for stains rips or tears, because the return policy is strict
