People that are actually BUYING clothes should be given the same time & attention as the people just trading clothes in. Definitely an area that needs improvement here.

We are sorry that you had a bad experience. We had 2 people on the register, 1 in the buying area and the other checking out. We keep it this way so that neither area is waiting an excessive amount of time to be helped. Our first 2 registers are only for paying out customers that brought items in to sell and are not able to check out purchases. We give our customers buying and selling the same attention that we would anyone else.
It's my daughters fav store. She can't get enough.
Had a wonderful experience! The workers were super nice and the store was in great condition. Everything was neatly organized and clean. Will definitely be back!
