I really like shopping here, but it's a terrible place to try and sell clothes. I brought in a box of clothes and shoes and they didn't even look at my clothes they just took one pair of sandals off the top of the box and that's all they bought. LOL I had brands like free people and INC. Some brand new clothes never worn and they where total snobs. I don't get who is picking and choosing to buy clothes. I don't get it. So yeah, I'm pissed. I came in with a huge box of clothes, all purchased within a year and they only took 4 items. I had Banana Republic, Gap, Aerie, J. Crew and because of wear they made up and styles that "don't sell well" they only took 4 items. Then I thought I had store credit but what they don't tell you is that it expires. So not only did they not take my perfectly good, sellable clothes, they took my $10 too. Never going back.

Im sorry for your negative experience! We buy all seasons all the time and examine the buy for wear. We are also looking for items that have been in the stores for about 1 to 2 years and also styles that have sold well for us in the past. Our store credits do expire after one year in our system. I'm so sorry for the confusion and really hope you give us another try!

One of my favorite stores in Asheville. Amazing prices, helpful staff, and awesome selection of clothes. They manage to keep it organized fairly well considering there are so many different brands, colors, etc., but since they have the clothes organized by color instead of size I always feel like I'm missing something. But overall, I love this store. I could spend hours in here and not get bored!
