Don't waste you time selling here. Got less than $3 when brining in 3 full bags of American Eagle, Gap, Sperry, Old Navy, Vera Bradley, Maurice's, and Columbia. They only went through one bag and said they went through them all but I watched them. My other two bags were still they way I bought them in. Was also told they couldn't buy my shoes which were practically brand new because they are for women not teens. They were sperrys and booties just like the ones they had on the shelf but mine were much nicer. Was disappointed ... read more

I was a little nervous to bring in my clothes because of all of these awful reviews, but I had a great experience! They were super friendly, up-front about their policies for what clothing they accept and how their system works, and went through all of my stuff in about 30 min, and I felt like the amount of $ I got for what I brought in was totally fair.
They say the same thing to everyone wear an tear, out of style.. I literally bought a dress one week before I went to sell with the tags on it and they said it was out of style.. They are rude everytime I bring my clothes in. I stopped bringing them in. Then I thought it was supposed to be good prices now going in there you are buying used clothes at the same price you can buy new clothes. When you work with people you should really think about the way you talk and act with your customers. I will not be shopping here anymore... read more
What a joke a negative 5 should be the rating spent 2 hours waiting for them to go through clothes. Bought 3 pairs of the shorts out of 2 bags all clothes purchased within last 8 months all American eagle hollister and aeropostale. These people are the biggest snobs and assholes ever and I sure didn't buy the stuff my daughter picked out to buy we went to Buckle and bought brand new at least they are not complete bitches�
