I called before I came to make sure they were buying. The girl said we're not taking buys now. We just got a huge one. I had 7 items. Smh Its 1:00 I said I just called you and you said you were. She shrugged her shoulders and smiled real big. They were talking and standing around. They didn't look busy. I looked at their prices on their used clothes, its the same prices as new items at Ross's or a sale at Belk or JC Penny. After reading the rest of the reviews I'm not the only one they were rude too.

The buy my sales person referred to was much larger than usual so instead of making customers like you wait over 4 hours for us to review your items I decided to close buys until we could catch up and move your buy through the process at a faster rate. The owner is such a sweetheart. Took the time to talk to me about what I'd like to see in her store. Disregard the previous reviews as the new owner is going to change this place around. Great business etiquette. Even found a punk rock jacket I've been looking for all morning. Will shop here again for sure. Like I said... There is a new owner so expect change as I am expecting it as well. The owner actually cares about the customers and the services provided. Thanks again for the sick leather jacket!!!

I debated a long time on posting this because I know there are a lot of people that take reviews very seriously. I was extremely disappointed yesterday with your store employees. Two items had been posted on Instagram that I called to place on hold and assured the person on the phone that I would be there before 6pm yesterday. Don't waste your time taking your clothes there. I took a brand-new $40 shirt from buckle and they offered me $3.50 for it.
Literally just brought in a HUGE bag full of clothes I hadn't had for maybe 2 months all of which I'd only were, not even a handful of times. All were from Buckle, Miss Me, Hollister, Charlotte Ruse, American Eagle and GAP. After waiting 30 minutes for them to look through my clothes I finally went and asked.
