My daughter has nice clothes and they looked practically brand new. I was sure they would have taking all her denim because they were the skinny leg jeans that young people are wearing. They chose one pair, plaid shirt and boots. What they gave her she probably would have been better off having a yard sell. We were in that store for an hour and a half and seen nothing but disappointed faces leaving. It's a waste of time you would be better off selling it yourself.
I shop here regularly! I never have a problem selling clothes or purchasing them. Everyone is always helpful. Seems like they have a great team. The prices are amazing you can't beat them. I can definitely say I'am a loyal customer and I will always shop here ��
I just wasted almost an hour of my day off. I took my clothes in at 4:20 so that will be 20 minutes. Came back to the desk 20 minutes later and was told it would be 20 more minutes. Came back half an hour later at 5:15 and it still wasn't in the computer and no one was working on it. At that point I took my clothes and went home. Very disappointed. No respect for my time.
Normally I don't post stuff like this, but today I went to sell clothes and just as I was walking up to the glass doors I could see three girls making faces cause I was bringing in 3 bags. They told me it'd be a 45 min wait and I left. When I came back they didn't take anything, which is fine but when I got into my car I looked at my bags and none of it looked like it had even been looked through.
