I’ve been to this location twice, and both times I was told my items would take about an hour to be processed and I ended up waiting almost 2 and a half hours. No apology for the wait or anything. The wait isn’t the issue, but when you’re told it’s going to be an hour, you expect it to be somewhere around an hour. Never selling to this location again!!!!!!!!!!!!
As soon as i came in today the lady at the front seemed bothered by me. I didn't get her name however she had long red/dark brown wavy hair. I believe that she was the manager on duty at the time. I came in with multiple bags of things, and one large container. Due to her cold, and almost rude nature, i stayed in the store the entire "45 minutes" she said it would take. I was there last night to sell a few items because I’m moving and trying to down size. My husband and I wanted to eat dinner a few blocks down so we thought we could kill two birds with one stone and sell at the same time. The staff is super rude. I work at in retail and we would never be allowed to treat customers this way. We had name brands, VS, American Eagle, Nike. They passed and said it was due to styles which isn’t true. I think this store is prejudice against black people. They make you feel so uncomfortable. I tried to give them chance after chance and receive the same vibe every visit. I would've made this my last visit but unfortunately I have a store credit I'm which cam only be used at this location
Hi. I just wanted to let EVERYONE one that I came into this location in Pineville, NC and it was extremely busy. Through out my entire visit here all of the staff was very helpful, but there was one person in particular that stood out to me. Her name was Audrianna. Her outgoing personality, great attitude, and helpful hand really reminded me that there is still great people in the retail world. Poor Quality of clothes in there !!! They Don't even accept Brand new items , when it's clear they need too! Half the things are beat down why resale! Need someone that knows how to pick item that resale Good and in Good condition!!!
So slow every time I come. Must be understaffed or something. Waiting an hour and a half for only 1 of your like new items to be taken is very disappointing-especially when there is stuff in the store that is stained, ripped, and ruined!
