I hate the reasoning they give for unwanted items, why not just say "these items won't work for our store"? I hate when they say the items are too old, or worn (especially NWT things lol) and I can walk around and pick out items that are much older. It's very hit and miss, some of the girls are friendly, some aren't, but it's so inconsistent with what they but. Do you guys like lying to your customers as to why you won't take their clothes. Because today a girl said there were stains on the shorts I was trying to sell. I got in my car and looked at them. There were no stains any where on any one of the shorts. I wish I could say this store should be shut down.

Very dirty place. The clothes smell and many have holes or tears in them. Trust me when I say I will not be back.
