My daughter and I stopped today as part of our back to school shopping. She has just sized out of kids clothes/Once Upon A Child. Jade J and Mataya were very attentive and extremely helpful. Once we found a pair of jeans that fit my daughter they went through the racks to find more of that brand and size, a short which isn't marked on the retail tag so you have to check each pair inside. Worst customer service Ive ever received! I really enjoy plato's closet in Grand Rapids everyone is so friendly and actually help. The people in the muskegon location are awful! EVERYONE is on their phone all the time and just don't care.. even the store manager! What kind of manager is on their cell phone texting and laughing, i mean come on set a good example!!! I did hear the manager and 1 tall blonde worker laugh and say how bad a buy stunk! How unprofessional. I will never come into this store ever again!! what a waste ... read more
