Was in the store late this afternoon and it was extremely busy. A huge shoutout to Sidney, Anna and Sierra who were working VERY hard. The other two gals who were working were busy trying on clothes, tying up a dressing room when there was a line and one even fixed her hair in the back room as you could smell the hairspray in that part of the store. My daughter tried on a pair of very well worn Bogs leather boots. They wanted $65.00 for them! She asked if they could do better on the price and showed her brand new ones on Amazon for $55 The girl said they were unable to lower the price, which is their prerogative, but ridiculous that much for obviously well worn boots. Also have the experience of them accepting VERY few items you bring in. All name brand, clean expensive clothing for the dumbest reasons. Our store targets teens to young adults, ranging from ages 13 to 25, who are looking for brands such as American Eagle. Unfortunately, we do not target "men" but more teens to young adults. Took my things in, only had one small bag. They only took one thing (wasn't even name brand). And I had dresses from Charlotte Russe, some pink shirts, Nike stuff, and levi shorts, u get the point. Most were bought last year or this year. When I asked why they didn't want anything, (so I would know for next time) the girl was kind of snobby, and said my stuff was out-dated.
