Their employees don't even look at the clothes. They just talk to each other and have the most standoffish attitudes.
This place sucks! I even called this morning to make sure they took pin up dresses and they said yes then I get there and they tell me they don't! Thanks for wasting my time and my gas! Now I remember why I DO NOT come here! Oh and if your a little larger then an XL don't waste your time at all! It's quite obvious they discriminate against larger girls!! I hope this place goes under!
Had the worst buyback experience, and they couldn't look us up for an existing store credit... so that's money in their pocket. Sucktown USA.

First time in Platos. Jessica, the assistant store manager, helped me with all my questions and provided exceptional customer service. Not only was she upbeat and very friendly, she went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top notch. She is the reason I will be coming back to Platos and look forward to shopping at this location again. I rate this location 5 stars simply because there are not more stars to give. Keep up the great work Platos!
Absolutely terrible costumer service. Girls seem to be in their own world, and talk to you like you owe them something. I will NEVER go back to platos closet after being treated the way I was treated the last few times I went in there. I used to be a loyal customer, not anymore!
Just want everyone to know that I love Plato's closet in my two favorite girls take care me all the time Courtney and Sam thank you for giving me your selection of clothing for taking such great care of me every time I come in love you girls
