I've never had good luck with this location. I frequently bring in old clothes to try and sell and they have never once bought anything from me. Even though more than half the things I bring in was from this location within half a year. They look at it as "would I wear this?" Instead of going based on style or condition as some things were brand new and still had tags. Im definitely done with this location. You guys suck and always have.

Way too over priced. Its supposed to be a thrift store but has DAMAGED items from way over market value. I can't tell you how many times I've been to this location and seen tags with higher prices than what it says on the tag from the actual store. So not happy with this place
Great experience! I was helped by stacey and brook. They took my items right away were more then happy to explain what they had past on,why and showed me the items that they were able to purchase and why they sell well for them. I will be back at this location stop at this one befor you think about going to the north location there customer service skills are definitely above average .thanks again

Plato's Closet is a used clothing store with high price tags. They used to be a true thrift store aimed toward young adults but now it seems they just want that money. USED jeans for $40, USED shoes for $45, and USED shirts for $12+! I was shocked. Yes, you can search and find some realistically priced items that are used but you could also do this at Target or Nostrums Rack and find NEW clothes for cheaper. Please notify your employees of state laws with regards to pricing! I picked up an item with a VISIBLE $3.00 tag but on ring up they say $12!!!! I say the tag is $3 to which she says that's not ours it's original tag...I said pls talk to your manager to honor lower price. To which she says "no we don't do that here. We are a resale store." So am I to understand you MARKED UP said item 4x and left the original price on it? Bad bad business and I am not a happy customer!
I needed an outfit for my husband's homecoming and wanted to make sure it was a cute outfit and one of the workers named Nichole went looking for a few items for me to pick from before I even came in the store! Then she helped me pick jewelry to match and shoes! Nicole you're awesome!!
