Please ignore the negative comments, which are usually from people who don't understand what Plato's will buy and why other things are passed on. This location has a fantastic staff that is helpful and friendly, despite having some of the rudest clientele. When you wanna stay on trend but you're on a budget, this should be your first stop!
I would not recommend selling here. My cousin brought 9 different perfumes & lotions from Victoria's Secret here to sell, all FULL bottles and they gave her a total of $9.02 !! So basically a dollar a bottle for 14$-18$ perfumes. What a joke.
I love all the staff and get wonderful deals for my clothes !!! I feel like family when I walk in the place 💕
I was doing henna at their dress event this weekend and I can’t say enough about how great the staff was to every single person that walked through the door. Very friendly, informative and helpful. If you have some stuff to sell or want to buy gently used current fashion clothes at a great discount check this place out.

I was just in with my 2 children and was approached by an employee who asked if I could leave my purse at the counter until I was done shopping. Are you kidding me? There were several other shoppers with purses. Profiling is illegal. Rest assured Plato’s, I will make certain everyone I know is aware of the incident to include the news! I am so disgusted and appalled and you should be ashamed!
Julianna is nothing but professional and a total sweetheart. I don’t usually shop here but when I do I make sure she’s working because she gives the most fashionable and genuine advice, A + customer service.
