Awful, awful service! Have never been treated so poorly! We were told someone would call us with a quote in a hour and 6 hours later they inform us they don't give quotes over the phone. Employees are not on the same page and the manager would care less. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I used to love this place, but it's gone downhill. Told me it was gonna take 30 minutes to go through my clothes. An hour passed, so I went to see what was taking so long, and they had failed to tell me that my clothes had already been looked through. Would have been nice to know....lady was really rude about it too. You can tell that the workers really don't care about their customers.

I've shopped and sold here in the past. Came in about a month ago and one of the workers told me I had great shoes (Jessica Simpsons, Steve Madden) but they were over stocked but to bring back. Today I inboxed and they said to bring them . I get there and the wait is 2 hours. I come back to all my shoes....heels aren't selling well was my reason. Really?
The employees had a horrible attitude. I waited for 20 minutes and they did not even come and let me know that my things had already been looked at. They were walking around the store playing and laughing.I browsed around the store, I saw the same skirt that I was trying to sell on the shelves and they wouldn't even take mines.
