I seen a lot of name-brand things in the store that was very much used you can tell and the things I brought in was name brand and very new couldn't even tell that was born and they didn't even take some very lazy people in the store
well considering they cant even answer a simple question on this website for starters. also the employees were so unfriendly
They have a good selection of clothes. Trying to sell your clothes on the other hand is ridiculous. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I waited for atleast an hour and a half. I had to ask the cashier while she was eating chicken wings if they were done with my clothes to which the response was the cashier going to my bag, which was still tied, and pulled out 1 shirt, which might I add was exactly like one I had pointed out in the store, and proceeded to tell me they couldn't buy anything. It's a great place to save money and get name brand products Excellent Customer Service!
DO NOT waste your time and effort on this store if you are trying to get rid of things!!! I just brought 3 boxes FULL of vans, converse, and Nike shoes, boots, high heels, Nike brand work out tops, shorts, leggings, and name brand purses, BRAND NEW dresses and nice shirts, shorts, jeans, and Victorias Secret bathing suits!!! They DID NOT go through the boxes. Did not. The box wasn’t dumped out, they flipped through the top layer and that’s it. The box was 3 feet deep. They told me things were “mature and out dated”. Took bag with 3 pairs of lucky brand jeans . They bought none of them ,but I only came back with 2 pair. I will be contacting head office. Employees not very nice either.
Recently went here to grab some what I thought would be inexpensive winter clothes BUT after looking around for an hour I was so shocked at how EXPENSIVE this place prices their SECOND HAND clothes!! You could go to a sales rack at any store and get cheaper nicer things.. Don't waste your time.
