Platos closet has the best clothes and discounts ever!
If you are trying to resell anything here, I would look else where. I wasted over an hour while they looked through my items, not to mention my gas. When finished, they could only offer me $4 for a romper Brand new, still with tags from lotus boutique that was originally $42. What a joke! All my other brand new items, still with tags, good name brand clothes were not picked to be bought. This is not my first experience this happening. I went there today with a bag of items. Many items still had tags on them. One item was a pair of shorts from Rue 21 with a tag for $25. They offered me $2.80. I completely understand they have to make a profit, but even if they put it on the racks for 1/2 retail price of about $12 they would make a 76% gross profit margin percentage. I did not let them buy any of my items. For that price I would just rather donate my items than support a company that clearly uses people. Customer service sucks and if u dont look rich they reject your clothes. Cause lady behind me dropped off clothes they went thru and the accepted all of hers and they had stains but she was dressed like a tennis pro. Anyone who knows me knows that I make sure there isno stains or holes in clothes I give away.
Employees are somewhat rude. Hours are not posted on the door, so if you go there and see them "working" inside but doors are locked, they just ignore you. Service is even worse once you get inside.

I'm sorry about our hours graphic they were damaged when the graphics guy tried to put them up we will have new ones up asap.
Platos closet is a joke compared how it use to be. Took basket full of clothes and shoes and they took a denim snap down dress that i bought 10 years ago but the rest of my items are too professional or items style hasnt sold in store the over 18 months whereas some items in there now are dirty and stained and my stuff looked more update then what they selling now. I wasted a hour dealing with them.
Everytime I come I always fine very nice items. The store is always clean and the employees are very helpful.
