Well I love this place. I always get a friendly smile when I walk through the doors. I've had many workers ask me if I need help finding things. So yeah..five stars!!!!
I love this store, they always have what I am looking for, for a lower price. The workers are helpful and customer service is great!
Terrible customer service. Most of the girls are horribly rude and act like they are too good to buy anyones stuff. I brought in some stuff that was in mint condition and only worn once or twice, laundered and get told stupid reasons why they wont take them. Heres a good example: brought brand new dress barn dress in and it is a size 4. Girl says she didnt take it cause it is a misses size. What the hell? Always getting the run around how my stuff is in "worn condition" but there are a bunch of items that are cut-offs, stringy, and dirty looking and out of style in the past year. Not to mention most of workers are very rude and extremely stuck up.
