Rudest set of people I have ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with! I didn’t realize shopping a second hand store would feel like shopping a high end retail store in New York! Pitiful! GET OVER YOURSELVES!!! ITS NOTHING MORE THAN AN INDOOR YARD SALE, CONSIGNMENT SHOP, and YOU ALL BREATHE THE SAME AIR AS EVERYONE ELSE!!! Stop being so darn snobby!
I love not having to deal with hassle of a garage sale when dealing with unwanted clothes. They are always professional and do my buy in a timely manner! They always have wonderful deals and I can always find something I like!

This store has clerks that allowed a lady to lay on the floor for 15 min passed out, broken nose, fractured upper lip, blood coming from her nose & lip. Did not call an ambulance, when she came too & asked to clean up in their restroom was rudely told they didn't have one...she had to get help next door at Buffalo Wildwings. Sad & disgusting that they wouldn't make an exception and allow her to use their precious bathroom & offer to call her an ambulance. I hope she sues the pants literally off Plato Closet owners & clerks.
Horrible customer service. The workers are super rude.
