Richard Tocco’s store is a complete health hazard and isn’t up to the Governor’s mandatory COVID-19 precautions. I will be notifying the heath department that fitting rooms, bathrooms, and the store in general is not frequently sanitized and cleaned due to being understaffed. All of his previous staff (including me) have left due to this and other issues with him and the way he treats his employees. He treats us as if we’re numbers and not actual people. I won’t ever go back to this store. I have shopped at this store for years and have always enjoyed being able to choose from a wide variety of clothes. I was there yesterday to drop some clothes off to sell. I dropped them off and was told it would be around an hour. I told them I would just shop around since I lived about 35 minutes from there. Please find a way to control your policies. My daughter and I waited in line for almost an hour to get in for a pair of shorts. I completely understand that you’re only allowing 10 people at a time, but when you have a long line waiting outside, perhaps set a time limit. We waited a long time only to have an employee come out and say, sorry we’re closing.
RecommendedThis is my favorite store to shop for myself ! Being a mother of 4 I’m limited to funds and I love their pricing I can spend $100 on myself and get some good used items. Super excited that I had the opportunity to buy during covid and help them stay open . I would hate to loose this business 😔 This is my clothing closet 🥰
