They need to treat people like humans.
I've never been in a platos closet up until a couple days ago. worst experience ever. the staff working was super rude. Don't waste your time

in the store for 30 minutes have a biggie full of stuff goto check out and they wanna tell me I can't be in the store because I don't have a mask when I have already been in the store for over 30 mins and I even walked by the checkout desk. would not tell anyone to go here
The girls that work there have attitude. They are typical grown teenagers. Recently made rude and condescending comment on my purchase. Most of all, please please do not sell your clothes to this store. They tried to buy my NWT Patagonia jacket for $7. I don't appreciate this business at all.
I walked in right behind someone and get told they can't buy. I walked back to my put my stuff in my car. I walked back in and they are buying from that person like wtf!! i have had very good experience in the last couple years but now this passes me off.
RecommendedI went here for the first time and appreciated the wonderful customer service especially the girl (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!) who helped me in the changing room. She had pink hair and was so sweet and helpful! She went out of her way to help me.

RecommendedI love platos but some of the prices are a bit high so I go to Stuff Etc instead. Example- platos vic secret is way too expensive. But great for scarves and boots. Plz get more earrings!!
I had taken a large tote bag full of clothing into the store and the store door had a sign on it that said that they wouldn’t be accepting bags larger than a certain size. I wasn’t sure what to do upon entry since my bag (due to the amount of clothing I brought in to sell) exceeded the dimensions listed on the door.
