Will never shop the store again or any other Plato's closet. they claim to be worried about a mask mandate but customers are walking around with their masks pulled down below their nose and wearing non-medical satin masks. Give me a break.
Have some of the most Dingy looking clothes but will “pass “ on yours for wear definitely pick who they give money too
This business sold me two pairs of jeans. I tried buying three pairs and they couldn’t get the tag off of one of the miss me jeans so I didn’t end up getting the third pair. I went home. Tried on my jeans. One of them were a size to small so I took them in to exchange them. I guess while they were ringing me up they charged me for the miss me jeans that they couldn’t get the tag off of. And not the ones I was trying to return. RecommendedI very much appreciate the store taking the safety of the public into consideration with regards to the Governor's mandate about masks. The staff have always been friendly and helpful when I've gone in.
This place is ridiculous. Every time I take clothes in there they say the same thing about inventory, wear on clothes, or over a year and a half old. Crazy thing is I look around in there and the stuff I take in looks better than stuff they have in there and a lot of my stuff is name brand like True Religion and Nike etc . Plus the stuff isn't over a year and a half old and some items only wore once or twice.
They DO NOT look at half the stuff you bring, I folded everything this time to see. what do you know open up the tote and there were still a good bit of stuff folded. They took 7 items for 29 dollars. Also I'm 7 months pregnant and nobody offered to help me carry the tote which was heavy or open the door for me.

employee was pretty rude and condescending 🤷♀️ would rather donate unwanted clothes to a thrift store tbh.
