I am over this place. I literally saw a Hanes white t short, the kind you get in a pack at Walmart on the rack but you pSs on my brand new Michael Kors make up case?? Will never go there again
I usually love this location but I am very disappointing that not a single employee was wearing a mask.

Immature, rude shift leaders and customer service personnel. Instead of waiting on customers, they cluster around and converse loudly enough with each other for customers to hear. Poor management.
I dont recommend platos closet because they're pricing isn't fair, employees are rude and its not a good experience.
This place is a rip off. I took several pieces of clothing in that I had gotten from relatives with tags still on them. And they were in style pieces not old from stores like Macy’s and Sears, Forever 21. They offered me $8.58, and since this covid thing I had to leave it there, drive back home to Marshalltown. Not even worth driving back to get.
RecommendedWas greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Audrey, who then took my clothes I was selling. I spent about an hour in there trying on so many pairs of jeans!
