Horrible! I took jeans and brand new shorts washed never worn in for a trade nothing wrong with them and they told me they can't take them for being "to worn" but the jeans I bought the weekend before had marks and the bottom showing the person before wore them and the dragged on the back end a lot. Other jeans I saw on the racks have stretch marks on the thighs which proves that girl put some wear into them! Such a disappointment that I can't trade jeans that have nothing wrong with them!

Many of your items may not have been too worn, some of them may have just been an older style that no longer sells well for us. Sometimes we do accept items that are a little more worn if it's a popular brand for us and if we are able to price it accordingly. If you ever have any concerns about any particular item that we weren't able to purchase from you then you are always welcome to ask why we weren't able to purchase it from you.
Never regretted selling my name brand clothes like I did here. I've used buffalo exchange in different states for years and heard Plato's closet was even better. Not true. For BARELY worn 100$ + lucky jeans several pair and 90$ barely worn Steve Madden heels in great condition easily worth over 350$ new I got $21 and the buyer was very rude did not even offer trade price. I won't be returning unfortunately.
The clothing they have is sometimes nice, but I've had things that have had tags on it or great brand names and they would pay $1-2 for. I know they are making a business and have to make money too, but dang if I've paid 16-50 for something that's really band new or nice brand you'd think they'd give better money. We do pay more for items that were originally purchased for more, but it can also depend on how well we feel that item will sell for us. If you ever have any concerns about what we are paying you for any particular item we can let you know before you cash out!
