I went today to make an exchange with RECEIPT...tags in place...day after purchase and they REFUSED my return. Turing this in to better business bureau. 60.00 wasted. Be cautious. This place needs to be shut down! So many bad reviews on business etiquette! Said they would give me a 1/3 of the purchase price to buy back. Seriously? That’s thievery!
Completely unprofessional staff and a waste of your time as they won’t accept so may of your clothes that are in some cases in better shape that what the sell. They also don’t take your own personal security seriously and creates a dangerous environment.
i took my daughter here often prior to the Covid-19 shutdown and, after a few months was happy to finally take here here to find her summer wardrobe (she loves the quality and retro selection here). Unfortunately, I saw that the staff were not taking the coronavirus seriously. one staff member kept taking her mask off to talk to customers, and when she had it on it barely covered her mouth and never her nose. very unprofessional. the girls weren't welcoming at all, making the atmosphere unpleasant already. I took in several articles of clothing. the girl only chose 2. I was watching her as I walked around the store, she would pull a bunch of clothes out of the bag look at one item and shove everything back in. as I was walking around the store I was seeing a lot of jeans like the ones I had brought in. she didn't even bother opening one the of the bags. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've worked Customer service and retail over 20 years. Its a joke and so are the little girls they have working for them. I walked around the store as they looked through my items. They have the worst clothes selection lol Go to Buffalo!!!! even Savers is better. Legit. Also they CRUMPLED ALL MY CLOTHES UP AND THEW IT BACK IN MY BAG. LITTLE GIRLS NEED TO BE FIRED. or learn how to act like an adult, leave the attitude at home and do your job.
So unprofessional when there's only one person working the register then there's a worker leaning over the counter on her phone texting or doing whatever. I left sorry for the girl on the register. But I thought the employees would be more professional. I guess you pay your employees to text or be on their phones instead of helping customers
Very poor customer service.
Never coming to this place again! Took my friend here and she ended up buying a couple of shirts; when the CSR was helping her check out, she just threw the shirts in the bag without even folding them. So my friend asked if the girl can take them out of the bag so my friend could FOLD THEM herself. The CSR didn’t even ask to fold them for her like she should have in the first place.
