First time being there today and am now addicted! Great customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! The prices were very affordable! I will definitely be back!

I took some really nice hardly ever worn dresses and shirts but apparently they weren't "modern" enough which is bull considering it felt like I was in the granny section of a thrift store while I was looking around. Very rude staff as well.
I always have a wonderful experience the manager Johnathan and staff are always so wonderful and helpful!

How do they determine the pricing? I had tags on my clothes still, and used but great condition clothes that they were going to pass up on but they offered me only 14 dollars?
Platos closet lost a costumer today. I took miss me jeans in that I had the receipt for but it was over their receipt policy of returns. I said ok that I'd sell them back. They still had the Plato tags on them for 35.00. They gave me 8.00!!! I've shopped there many times but they lost me as a customer today. They were rude about the exchange and return. DO NOT EXCHANGE YOUR CLOTHES THERE.
