My husband and I work with Lisa Bristow when we bought our home. She is a great person to work with. If I had any questions she got back to me in a timely manner. Also made me feel like she had all the time in the world to answer my questions. For me that's the best of real estate agent. I will be recommending her to everybody who is even thinking about buying a home.

I interviewed two realtors and was so completely taken by the thoroughness and professionalism of Marisa Bauer. I really felt that her critical knowledge of the local market helped us price it just right, and that all bases would be covered, all potential buyers flushed out of the woodwork and alerted to our home, and that we would get offers quickly. Two offers within 5 days, great advice on merits of each, and sold within a week for asking price. Couldn't have been better

I interviewed 6 different agents to list my home and went with her and Marisa Bauer on her Platinum Partners Team. They sold my home within 1 day on the market with multiple offers. I knew my house was great but they proved to be better than the home. I would tell everyone in Chico and beyond to use them if I could, so I am :)

Purchasing a home while living out of state is a stressful endeavor. Marisa helped us through a difficulty negotiation and purchase. She was available and reliable and despite multiple hurdles she was able to get us into our new home.

Marisa Bauer was a tireless, patient unbelievable help in finding our new home 5 1/2 years ago. She showed us so many homes over the months, when we had no idea what we really wanted and she helped us figure out what we did and didn't want. Marisa was a pleasure to work with. She understood immediately the kind of home I wanted to find, my budget, and what features I did and didn't want in a house. Her familiarity with what the local market had to offer kept me constantly looking at potential homes. Once I found the home I wanted she made negotiations and closing a breeze. Our experience with Marisa was extremely professional.
