We did not intend for Julie to be our agent when looking for a new home. My husband and I work with Lisa Bristow when we bought our home. She is a great person to work with. If I had any questions she got back to me in a timely manner. Also made me feel like she had all the time in the world to answer my questions. For me that's the best of real estate agent. I will be recommending her to everybody who is even thinking about buying a home.

I interviewed two realtors and was so completely taken by the thoroughness and professionalism of Marisa Bauer. I really felt that her critical knowledge of the local market helped us price it just right, and that all bases would be covered, all potential buyers flushed out of the woodwork and alerted to our home, and that we would get offers quickly. Two offers within 5 days, great advice on merits of each, and sold within a week for asking price. Couldn't have been better
