The BEST!! Knowledgeable, efficient, warm. Truly cares about her clients. House foreclosed when we were 2 days from funding on a short sale that had taken months to negotiate. Afterwards she did many things that were not required to try and re-secure the home. We were unable to proceed but she went over and above in her efforts before and after the foreclosure.

Marisa was simply awesome as a realtor..... Very patient and does not hard sell you on something you dont want... Marisa guides you through the whole process.
