Cameron was so attentive to our needs and a great communication bridge with the sellers' agent. He listened to our needs and wants from the beginning and was able to get immediate access to some of the homes we were looking at. Lisa was extremely pleasant to work with until we had an issue with the air-conditioning unit. We felt she did not represent us well or negotiate with the sellers. The ac unit was undersized for the home. We asked for an ac repair person to look at the unit as it was not working during the inspection. Lisa coordinated an inept ac company, All Around Heating and Air, as we were not told that the unit was too small for the square footage until we saw it and questioned it.
