I visited two weeks ago on Saturday for a mani and pedi. Wonderful first experience. Returned today to fix a chip I put in my shellac manicured nail. They were so busy, but squeezed me in for the repair and were so nice about it. Very nice staff. Clean salon. It's my new go-to for sure!
Brought my mom here to get her birthday nails done. Called and made an appointment and asked if we could get seated next to each other and they said yes. We did get seated next to each other but they didn’t start working on my mom’s nails until mine were almost finished. I got seated with an older lady who was rude, did my nails subpar and she ended up cutting my finger and left a bunch of dip that hardened under the light all over the sides of my fingers. I've been here multiple times over the last year and have never had a bad experience. I go to Nancy for my nails, and shes always meticulous and gentle with my nails! I have very thin bendy nails and sensitive cuticles, and have never had any issues after she does my sets! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nails done
I’m beyond frustrated. I got a shellac pedicure and a dip manicure. My pedicure was chipped but I didn’t notice it until I left and got into natural light. My manicure is a mess; thick and goopy, hairs on multiple nails set in the polish, polish and gel all over my skin, never filed down after application - the THICKEST most uneven sip job ever. the lady that did my feet did an amazing job but the second lady that did my finger nails horrible she was asking why I wanted my nails long and kept asking me if I wanted to cut down and she did horrible job with the dip powder she didn’t even clean them and was super rough I had to tell her she was and got upset I feel that as a customer we pay to get a services and get what we want I would never go back and then on top of that an African American couple walk in And let me tell you the owner told of the girls to do their p... read more
