This company run by Kara Davis not only caused us a lot financial damages due to mismangement but also have not returned our tenants deposits for the past close to 3 months. Our research shows that the Platinum Dwelling is not even registered with DCRA when we contacted DCRA. Kara Davis is a scam and their office address is just a mailbox.
