Worst appraisal we have ever had. First of all he spent less than 10 minutes doing everything. Took pictures of a detached shed and a fence that was not connected to our house and had nothing to do with the instructional Integrity of the home. There is no voicemail setup there is no way to communicate with him as he turned his phone off. We reported our experience with him to the lender and we will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau as well as various agencies if in Washington State.
I paid $500 and got complete crap in return. My house was compared to a bunch of dumps and not other comparable houses. Clearly the appraiser was negligent or grossly in competent. I will likely have to take legal action as a result. I'd avoid this company and find a competent appraiser if I were you.
