What a cheerful little bistro, with a definite "vibe" going on. Plate 21 is more than a place to eat and drink; it's an outing . Food was delish and service was friendly.
Plate 21 is a neighborhood coffee shop with a relaxed, modern feel. When in the coffee shop one might see meetings taking place, friends gathering, or people relaxing with a book as well as students studying. And all patrons are drinking the wonderful drinks and yummy food offered. It is truly a special place.
The only drink that we liked was the strawberry smoothie. Very, very expensive. A terrible choice of coffee flavors!! I do not recommend! !
Love the soups, drinks, and the baristas. It is a gift to Toledo, and a special treasure to those of us in the Beverly neighborhood! Thank you all. I don't do many reviews, but you are worth more than a review. Five stars all around!
Not only was the food and coffee awesome, the place is friendly and a great environment to have a meeting, work on your laptop, or just relax a bit. The service was wonderful too!
