RecommendedGood smoothies. Stopped here as a halfway point on my 30 mile bike ride. Atmosphere would be nice but with COVID I had to enjoy my cookie and smoothie outside.

The food is yummy and the smoothies are my favorite! The staff is always so kind and funny! I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often.
I wore a face covering my nose, mouth, & chin to place an order & used apple pay via face recognition. I briefly moved the mask below my mouth in order to pay since face recognition as any criminal knows, does not work with a mask on. The staff told me (after I paid) that I could not wait inside for my beverage to be made. Yet there was a designated spot to stand behind for take out orders vs dine-in. Last time I was in there, there was a rude customer yelling from the door because they didn't want to wear a mask. The employee handled it very respectfully. Way more so than I would have. Great coffee, great people .
Today's experience with Plate 21 was rude, disrespectful, and just plain sad. I will be taking a break from this place.
