rude and loud employees. very difficult staff and seems to not have common sense, bad needle placement. i honestly could go on for hours about how bad they were. ive donated with csl and biolife and biomat is definitely the worst i regret wasting my time
Today was the 1st encounter of terrible services from one of the superiors. I've donated with (Keta) Grifols on 3rd Ave South for 5-6 years I've never had poor service as such. During my screening process, a bruise on my arm was noticeable due to that visibility it was reviewed & measured by one of the phlebotomists. The superior. Had a decent 1st time promo going on when i first went about 900 for the month staff was nice and pretty quick getting u in and out compared to biolife which sucked and they screw u out of ur promos
Absolutely awful,staff is rude. Nurse came up I asked for business card of higher member of management, she said they want be able to help me in my matter. There was some one else coming up with a complaint as I was leaving. Does not smell clean when walk in.
I have been going there for a month. My first 4 visits were outstanding. But after that each time that I come during the week my bp always reads low pressure. Some weeks I have had to come 3 days in a row. Sometimes the place of the sleeve is so low on my arm it will make my bp read high. But if a go in on a Saturday I have never had a problem.
