The staff is always helpful and have great sense of humor which is needed with my fear of needles! I live about 35 mins away from the location but that doesn't stop me from donating on a regular basis. The only problem I have ever had was with the referring a friend. I had 5 friends go to donate that for sure mentioned my referral but I only got one $10 bonus which was because I brought my friend there personally and had to tell them myself about the referral. Thanks for the wifi though it makes the time pass quicker!
