The donation center in Columbia Mo is great. The staff is great and professional. A great shout out to Amanda, Jen, Britney, Maggie, and Erica, you are all awesome and know how to take care of your donors. You are all very sweet.
Had a great time donating until the last few months. Now im not so happy sometimes the newer staff messes up your arm when you go in. Your not properly informed when theres a problem. They let you waste your time and money to go down there from out of town. They seem to cater to new donors returners dont mean much. Im screwed over the whole month of July over 2 tests. It takes 10 days to get results back after i have to wait 20 into the month just to be re tested. Im not sure im coming back. That place is jacked.
