Awesome place and GREAT people. Thank you very much for the work that your team does to make my apartment feel comfortable and like home to me. I know it's not easy, because I see them running around you guys do, and I am sure you don't get the thanks that you deserve, but I've lived here long enough to know good management and efficient maintenance when I see it. This is a beautiful place to call home, and the staff and management are kind, helpful, and understanding of my needs. I am glad I live here. Thank you so much!.

Fantastic place to live! I was frantically looking for a place to stay due to my circumstances and Plantation Ridge had approved my application promptly in order for me to move into a very clean apartment. Trust me, I have high standards when it comes to cleaning and they've exceeded my expectations. They are the first to pass. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! Staff is awesome! Very friendly and handles everything quickly. Maintenance rocks and is usually there same day. Very quiet, friendly community. I've lived here for about 6 months and have no intention of moving anytime soon. Awesome place to live!
Excellent place to live in harmony and tranquility! I already have 5 months living in this complex and really the whole family we feel comfortable with our experience in all aspects, adding the excellent attention that we have received from the Leasing staff in the moments that we have needed to disturb them, I recommend it 100%. Great Community for families to live Plantation Ridge is a family oriented community and nice place to live. The apartments are very comfortable and well kept. Sugar Hill is a growing community. The schools in the area are high level. The staff are very attentive to issues and concerns. I have lived here since 2014. I have had several issues/complaints and most were resolved with a few hours. very good community

Resident at plantation Ridge Plantation Ridge has been wonderful place for me and my Family for the past 2 years coming from New York City my expectations were very high and I'm pleased to say they satisfied all of it and more there's one thing you don't get in NY that is you feel like family not just a resident.
