Verified Renter Work request never completed I have submitted 5 requests over the past month to have my bathtub resurfaced and no work has been completed. I submit the order and someone is closing it out as completed without contacting me or completing the work. One appointment was scheduled around the end of December for the repair, no one showed up and no communication from the leasing office. I just want my bathtub repaired. Someone please contact me about getting this work completed.

If they are going to insist that no packages can be delivered to our front doors, then they need to be more helpful when retrieving our mail. Unprofessional I drove a very distance to arrive and be told there were no more units available, which is fine, that happens. The issue is I was sent confirmation texts and emails the day before and day of about my appointment, it would have been great for them to just call and notify me!

Worst experience ever!!!!!! I have damages in my apartment and had to rent other location to live.in other places. The management company did not offer me a place to stay or help me out. I was forced to continue paying rent while all this was going on. Never rent here!!!!
Management. All of the review seen on here are prior to new management taking over. The new management team is not very good as all of their notices come out with threats in them of fines if you don’t do exactly how they want it. And if you can’t comply with exactly what they want and call them they don’t care and just say well it’s in the lease and they can do what they want. I will not be renewing my lease here
