Been living here for six years n totally enjoy all its surroundings. Enjoy the two huge pools n BBQ areas,basketball courts,jaquzzy,ping pong,horse shoe throwing,billards.weight lifting n excersise rooms,restaurant ,golf and round the clock security. Couldn't ask for a better place to live
Curb appeal has been improving, love the updates we're getting. Friendly neighbors and family environment. Pool is heated and cabanas are a great touch!!
Very poor, couldn't use the pool cuz it wasn't heated and the hot tub wasn't very hot and looked very dirty. AND......the neighbors had 5 to 6 dogs at their home and they barked continuously 24 hours a day. We called the office and they wanted us to fill out a report so it would go before the Board and they would review it. We called security several times at night and they would go there but nothing would be done. We also called Pharr animal control (who we saw were there once) and they wouldn't do anything either.
