Plano Urgent Care is the place to go if you need to get great care in a hurry in the Plano, TX area! All other urgent care facilities were closed on New Years night but this one. The staff is exceptional from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. The lady at the front desk was the sweetest person ever (I wish I knew her name). She took care of my daughter like she would take care of her own daughter. Charles the Medical Assistant was very friendly and informative and made us feel like we were in the right place. Best experience I've ever had with an urgent care! Was dreading a visit when I needed refills on my asthma medication, but was pleasantly surprised at the quick service and comfortable waiting room, staff was helpful and friendly as well. Was in and out in under an hour.
