I was in and out in less than an hour. The receptionists are also very personable. I definitely recommend!
My family has been going there for many years and we keep going back because they have always been exceptional. Unfortunately this visit was not the case. We waited to be callled 15 mins passed our appt time and was there 10 mins prior to our appt time. When my son was picking out his frame the lady was so impatient and had no customer service skills at all.
I normally don’t leave a lot of reviews online, but my experience at Plano Eye Associates was incredible! I broke my glasses the night before, and made a last minute appointment today. I was a first time patient, and was in and out after my exam in 29 minutes! Dr. DiMaggio was outstanding, on top of that. The staff is very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and seem to have a genuine desire to help. This was my first visit, and it definitely won’t be my last. Thank you so much!
Awesome services and staff! Family of five have seen Dr. DiMaggio for years. She's the best!
